Reservation Fee / Security Deposit
A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee is required to reserve your date. It is deducted from the rental fee. Dates are reserved only with this fee and are on a first come basis. A $100.00 damage deposit is paid with your balance, if you have a bar. Damage deposit is refundable if requirements in the Event Agreement are satisfied.
We accept payment for rental fees by cash or personal check. We do not accept credit cards. The balance of the rental fee must be paid in full two weeks prior to your date. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Failure of the balance to be paid in full at least two weeks prior to your date could result in the cancellation of your event.
